No Cash? No worries! you can use the ePay Cashless portal to load credit onto a washer or dryer.

How to use ePay Cashless Payment

1. Check that the washer or Dryer you want to use is fitted with an ePay device.
2. Check that the washer or dryer you would like to use is NOT currently in use.
3. Follow THIS LINK to our secure payment portal .
4. Select on which type machine you would like to load credit Washer or Dryer.
5. Select which washer or dryer you would like to load credit on.
6. Enter the amount of credit you would like to load and select Pay Now (PayPal, Credit and Debit card options available)
7. Enter your card details and email address if you would like a receipt and select Pay
8. Credit will be loaded on the selected washer or dryer and ready to use. At the end of the wash or Dry cycle the machine will reset ready for the next load.

Am I able to pay multiple machines at once?

Please select and pay each machine individually using PayPal. You can speed up PayPal transaction authentication by checking “Remember Me” when you are in PayPal the first time.

Am I able to pay multiple machines at once?

You can buy extra minutes in the Dryer by selecting an Additional Amount in ePay Laundry. You will get 6 minutes drying time for every $1 you pay into the Dryer.

How soon will the machine be credited with my payment?

The machine will be credited with your payment as soon as you have authorised the transaction in PayPal.

What happens when I put credit into a washer that is already is use?

If you put any credit (using coins or ePay Laundry) into a washer already in use, it will be accepted by the machine, however you get no benefit for it as the machine will reset at the end of the current cycle and will accept a new credit for the full amount before the next cycle can start. Please do not put any coins or electronic credits into a washer that is already in use, we do not give any refunds in this situation.

What happens when I put credit into a dryer that is already is use?

If you put any credit (using coins or ePay Laundry) into a dryer that is already in use, you will get extra minutes in the Dryer at the rate of 6 mins per $1 you put in.
